new proposal

coming out of this endless struggle of the following weeks i propose the following:

based on " where life has no value"...we do two different performances. one proposed by me in elaboration with you.
one proposed by you in elaboration with maria and me.

we do two performances based on our old material and based on our shared process.
for the one or for both as topic i propose to continue with the idea of western since i feel it as a perfect metaphor for our ideological struggle that has been going on since the past months. two people confronting each other in the fight for space. in our case it is mental space. intellectual space, emotional space.
to continue with the the idea of endless killing..endless dying...but to abstract it more. the idea is to illsutrate our ideological battle in a performative way. we could even bring an elephant for this. ;)
the idea of the duell..a duell duett. lets make a duell dance.

and also go again into the drama as our personal situation developed into a very dramatic one.
what is drama and how can we evoke it? extreme theatricality. cheap tricks.

and yes very interessting what we had started in france: structure versus material.
but now also: image versus content.
and of course to integrate our discourse about conventions. but also our discourse of labeling each other!
you as the postspectacular contemporary trash artist and me as the conventional old fashioned romantic one.

singing is a wonderful way to find a new spirit. to stop having too long discussions outside of the working frame but to put everything inside the work. to have singing discussions. like this we will also be able to create more distance to this very emotional driven content.

pathos is still a huge subject. beautiful to see how we are always commenting on it in irony and ridiculizing the pathetic. now we find ourselves in a discourse that became so endless that it itself becomes pathetic. it begins to become ridiculous. artifical.pretentious. but this is feeding us with new information and new material about the project.

let us also keep working on our spiritual solutions. let us discover the world of esotericism. opposed to our conflict let us create a space of harmony to which we can escape to. let us dwell in sublime music of voices and whisper. let us smell incense. let us sing and dance in excitement. let us meditate.

and last but not least let us work and give a little more space to each other!
